In cases of discrimination or harassment, the hotel has established a grievance procedure that employees can participate in and file petitions through.

Additionally, Labranda TMT opposes child labor and exploitation. Our employees are trained to recognize such activities and report them to management to prevent all forms of child abuse. We also have a policy in place to report all child abuse cases to local authorities so that appropriate measures can be taken.
